Please ensure that the returned parcel includes your name and order number. It’s important to bear in mind that if your package is currently en route, you should wait until it’s delivered before proceeding with the return for a refund.

In case you’ve entered an address with a spelling mistake or if an incorrect address has been auto-filled, please respond to your order confirmation email and verify the accurate details. Upon reviewing and confirming that an erroneous address was provided, please inform us by emailing at info@betterbuy.com.au Should it be determined that the provided address is indeed incorrect, we can rectify this within a 24-hour timeframe. Please note that refunds won’t be issued after the 24-hour window from the time of incorrect submission.
